Welcome to Chardham Helicopter Service operated by D’ Solutions Asia. By accessing our website and booking our helicopter services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full payment or advance payment (as specified) must be made at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, government regulations, or operational requirements.
  • Booking confirmation will be provided only after successful payment receipt.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per company policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
  • In case of cancellation due to bad weather, technical issues, or government restrictions, rescheduling or refund will be provided as per aviation guidelines.
  • Processing time for refunds may take 7–15 working days.

Weather & Force Majeure

Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, air traffic control clearance, and government permissions.

D’ Solutions Asia shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling due to:

  • Bad weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical or operational reasons
  • Any force majeure circumstances beyond our control

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must carry valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Reporting time must be strictly followed. Late arrival may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Weight restrictions per passenger may apply as per aviation norms.
  • Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by crew members.

Baggage Policy

  • Only small handbags or limited luggage (as per aviation rules) are allowed.
  • Excess baggage is not permitted.
  • The company is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Health & Safety

  • Passengers with medical conditions must inform the company prior to booking.
  • Pregnant women, elderly passengers, or those with serious medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before travel.
  • D’ Solutions Asia reserves the right to deny boarding if a passenger is deemed medically unfit for flying.

Liability Disclaimer

D’ Solutions Asia acts as a service provider and booking facilitator for helicopter operators.

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss of baggage
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Acts of third-party operators Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
